hideaway nested in the valley of the towering Gros and Petit Piton mountains on the
southwest coast of St. Lucia. Occupying 320 acres, this magnificent property is replete

Seven full-time spa therapists deliver more than 55 different treatments, ranging from

the water's edge, with picturesque views of the Jalousie Cove Marina, showcases fresh
seafood and local specialties for dinner. On Sundays, this is the spot for a tropical
buffet brunch accompanied by the mellow rhythms of a jazz band. |
 | Verandah Restaurant: Each day begins here, on
an expansive wrap-around terrace overlooking the Great Lawn. Bountiful breakfast buffets
include fresh fruits, juices, home-baked breads, muffins and pastries, eggs and omelettes

fried potatoes.

12 Sugar Mill rooms. 6 in two separate buildings. Closest to
pool, beach, and main buildings. The Sugar Mill rooms offer large bedroom with king or
twin beds, large bath and dressing area, sitting area, and outdoor sun terrace.
65 Villas spread throughout the property. King bed, large bath,
patio, plunge pool.
37 Villa Suites spread throughout the property. Similar to Villa
but larger with a separate living room. Includes
private plunge pool and patio.
Villa views may be tropical forest, mountain, or ocean. The
villa and villa suites are individual cottages spread over 325 acres.
All accommodations feature air conditioning, ceiling fans, mini
bar, coffee maker, bathrobes, safe, phone with data port, satellite TV, VCR, hair dryer.
SPORTS & ACTIVITIES:
Watersports: In addition to an enormous fresh
water swimming pool, 100 feet in length, guests enjoy a picture-perfect private beach and
protected coral marine reserve at Jalousie Plantation. Equipment and instruction are
available for snorkeling, scuba diving, waterskiing, windsurfing, kayaking,
aquacycling,
sailboats, hobie cats, and catamarans.
Golf:
An executive golf course features three holes that are replicas of world-famous course
holes: the 13th at Harbour Town on Hilton Head Island, the 15th at Olympic Club in San
Francisco and the legendary 8th at Royal Troon in Scotland. Each hole is played from three
different tee-offs, for a nine-hole experience.
Tennis: Carved into the slopes of the Pitons
high above the beach, the riveting views from the tennis courts are an inspiration. The
resort's tennis pros lead clinics, organize guest tournaments and give private lessons on
four Laykold hard surface courts, three of which are lit (as well as some of the guests)
for night play. The Pro Shop offers ball machines, racket stringing, tennis apparel and
gear at a moderate cost.
Other Sports: Basketball squash, croquet, ping
pony, hiking, horseback riding.
Entertaining Diversions: Guests at Jalousie Plantation never run out of things to do.
